Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Thanks for your inquiry on our exchange and returns policy. We would like to insure that you love our products and can trust them with your family as we do.  If you or a family member have allergies to certain scents or skin care products please contact us PRIOR to ordering items so we can insure the item you are buying has not been used or stored near an item you are allergic to. We want you to have the best experience while using our unique products! 


If you feel that you have received the wrong product and or damaged item during shipping, please contact us within 72 HOURS of receiving your items.  


Contact us within 14 DAYS of delivery to return an item for an in store credit if you are not completely satisfied.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an in store credit or exchange. 

To be eligible to return an item please contact us by email and we will send you a form to return with your item. You will also need to supply a receipt or proof of purchase. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging, with tags still attached. (Soaps and some health and beauty have exceptions. Please contact us for more information).  


The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or special/personalized orders (for this who wish to cancel an order, you need to notify me the same day, especially for customized items)

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers and plants)

  • Gift cards

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale/clearance


Once your item is returned:

  • We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item

  • Your item will be inspected

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a store credit will automatically be applied to your account


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your original shipping will be deducted form your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your retuned item.
